The basics are listed below but they aren’t written in stone. We are very reasonable and aim to make you more than pleased with our service. We are proud of the fact that in 30 years of business, we have never encountered a situation that was not resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. If you have any questions or concerns with the service we provide, please let us know, and we will do everything within reason to resolve the issue.

Limited Warranty

Chicago Lube Corp. warrants all materials and workmanship against failure for thirty (30) days. This warranty does not apply to after-market or racing products or if the customer alters or tampers with Chicago Lube Corp. installed products. Any claim covered by this warranty must be accompanied by an original receipt and a sample of the product or products involved in the claim.


We do not warranty repairs in cases where the customer requests work that is below our recommended repair procedure or parts quality standard. Repair work that incorporates substandard or used parts at the Owner’s request will not be guaranteed. The labor involved to replace these special request parts will not be provided. These special cases and their lack of guarantee will be clearly noted on the work order before the work is started.

Replaced Parts

We will normally dispose of the used parts that are replaced as a result of any service performed on your vehicle. If you desire to have the used parts returned to you, you must inform the Service Manager at check-in and prior to the Technician starting any work. Chicago Lube will not be responsible for any damage to used parts incurred as a result of their removal from a vehicle.
